How to buy:

Placing your order

- You can order by phone (in Spanish), fax or e-mail (in Spanish or English). If you wish, we can attend to you directly at our store (in Spanish).

Method of payment:

- Once you have placed a firm order and availability has been confirmed, you must make payment by bank transfer and send us proof of the transaction by fax or e-mail.

- If your wish you can also pay cash on delivery, bearing in mind that Seur charges a commission of 3% of the total value, the maximum commission being 99,77 €.

- If you come in person to shop at our store, payment must be made in cash.

Important:

- Delivery takes from 24 to 72 hours (following receipt of the bank transfer receipt where applicable).

- Mainland Spain and Balearic islands only.  We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.  We do not export.

- Please bear in mind that batteries cannot be sent cash on delivery.

- Claims for damage during transport must be made within 24 hours, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.
